Teller Lead

Lead teller role in PNC's Northwest Region Retail Banking based in Pompton Plains, NJ. Coaches, mentors and leads tellers to deliver exceptional customer experience, educate customers on financial options, and identify opportunities to refer customers to branch staff. Drives lobby engagement, supports the use of digital tools for transactions, and models effective communication, problem resolution and risk-conscious operations. Assists the Branch Manager with performance management and new-hire processes, ensuring efficient and accurate daily teller and branch operations.
