Teller Lead

Supervise branch operations to achieve departmental goals, ensuring accurate transaction processing and compliance with banking policies. Manage staffing schedules to maintain service levels, monitor cash levels, and conduct teller audits to prevent violations. Lead the team in operational soundness, coaching staff on performance while acting as a teller when needed. Approve complex transactions, assist in recruiting talent, and partner with the Branch Manager on sales initiatives and product promotion. Provide leadership in the manager's absence, address customer needs directly, and ensure adherence to all federal and state regulations including anti-money laundering laws.
