Job Summary
Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools and self-service. Build relationships, listen actively, and connect customers to relevant information, services, or bankers. Identify product/service needs and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance. Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience, while exercising sound judgment to manage risk and uphold policies. Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to resolve routine questions; escalate more complex issues as needed. Schedule may include Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven cash-handling experience
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and controls while maintaining accuracy and accountability
