Teller

Welcome clients in-person, assist with account transactions and servicing needs, and listen to uncover financial wellness opportunities to transition them to a banker. Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed, while ensuring accurate cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and daily drawer balancing. Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and educate clients on utilizing access channels like ATM and online banking. Work Saturdays as directed, manage account information updates, and promote financial health through budgeting and planning resources. Requires a high school diploma, client service experience, and cash handling skills.
