Job Summary
As a Part-Time Teller at KeyBank in Loudonville (Albany area), you will deliver outstanding in-person client service by greeting clients, assisting with account transactions, resolving servicing issues, and identifying opportunities to introduce financial wellness solutions. You will balance cash drawers, adhere to compliance and security procedures, and support teammates in a branch setting. The role includes promoting banking products, guiding clients to appropriate channels (ATM, Online and Telephone Banking), and potentially directing clients to a Banker for deeper financial discussions. The position involves Saturday work as directed and may evolve with additional duties over time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in a client service role (required)
- Experienced in cash handling (required)
- Notary License (preferred)
- Strong sales and service skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations and security procedures
