Job Summary
Welcome new and existing clients in-person, assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving client issues. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions. Process cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate records. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures. Work Saturdays as directed by management. Requires a high school diploma, client service experience, and cash handling skills. Base hourly rate ranges from $18.00 to $23.08.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle
