Job Summary
Welcome new and existing clients in-person, assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving issues. Listen to uncover financial needs during conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness discussions. Process cash transactions including deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawers within guidelines, and maintain organized records. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, follow compliance and security procedures, and promote financial health tools. Work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle
