Job Summary
Welcome new and existing clients to the branch, assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving issues. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions. Process cash deposits, withdrawals, and withdrawals accurately, then balance the cash drawer within guidelines. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and follow all compliance, audit, and security procedures. Work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
