Job Summary
Welcome new and existing clients to the branch, assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving issues. Listen during conversations to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker for deeper wellness discussions. Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits and withdrawals, and balance cash drawers within guidelines. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, maintaining knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies. Work Saturdays as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
