Job Summary
Teller in a branch responsible for in-person client service, handling deposits/withdrawals, balancing cash drawer, and resolving servicing issues. Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and transition clients to a Banker for deeper discussions. Maintain knowledge of product guides, policies, and compliance; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; Saturday work as directed. Promote banking products and services, educate clients on financial wellness, and ensure accurate, secure processing of transactions while adhering to security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a client service role (required)
- Experienced in cash handling (required)
- Notary License (preferred)
- Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator (required)
