Job Summary
Welcome clients in-person and assist with account transactions, servicing needs, and resolving client issues. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations to transition clients to a banker. Process cash deposits and withdrawals, balance cash drawers, and maintain accurate records while adhering to compliance, audit, and security procedures. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed. Requires a high school diploma, client service experience, and cash handling skills. Base hourly rate of $18.00–$23.08 with incentive compensation available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
