Job Summary
Welcome clients and assist with account transactions, resolving servicing issues and identifying financial wellness opportunities to transition them to a banker. Process cash deposits and withdrawals, balance drawers within guidelines, and maintain accurate records while adhering to compliance, audit, and security procedures. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and stay current on product guides, fees, and policies. Work Saturdays as directed and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
