Job Summary
Provide in-person client service as a Teller, handling cash transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving client issues. Engage clients to uncover financial needs, transitioning them to a Banker for deeper financial wellness discussions. Maintain accurate cash handling and adhere to compliance, audit, and security procedures. Stay informed on product guides, fees, and policies; promote relevant banking products and services; support account servicing and financial wellness conversations. Participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
- Experience in a client service role (required)
- Experienced in cash handling (required)
- Notary License (preferred)
