Job Summary
Welcome new and existing clients in-person, assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs while identifying and resolving issues. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and transition clients to a banker for deeper discussions. Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits and withdrawals, and balance cash drawers within guidelines. Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures. Work Saturdays as directed by management. Requires high school diploma, client service experience, and cash handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experience in a client service role
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
- Valid driver's license
