Teller

Provide in-person client service as a Bank Teller in Fort Collins, handling deposits and withdrawals, balancing cash drawer, and assisting clients with account transactions and servicing needs. Listen for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and proactively guide clients toward bankers and banking products. Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies; follow compliance and security procedures; participate in daily huddles and end-of-day debriefs; and support branch operations, including Saturday shifts. Strong cash-handling, basic PC skills, and the ability to educate clients on available access channels (ATM, Online and Telephone Banking) are expected, along with integrity and high-quality service.
