Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service and process daily transactions accurately and efficiently while identifying needs-based opportunities for bank product referrals. Maintain strict confidentiality, comply with security procedures, and scan work for image branch capture in a timely manner. Promote teamwork within the department and represent INTRUST Bank in community efforts to develop new business relationships. Perform basic teller duties within standard policies and procedures, utilizing good judgment to protect customer and bank integrity.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of basic math
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Service oriented
- Ability to utilize multiple Microsoft Office products and web-based applications simultaneously
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stoop and bend
