Job Summary
Process customer banking transactions with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining strict confidentiality and security of cash under supervision. Handle customer complaints to resolution, perform data entry for reporting and loan input, and assist with phone calls. Ensure currency and coin requirements are met, verify customer identity to reduce fraud risk, and cross-sell products and services. Back up Drive-Thru lanes to ensure efficient transaction completion without delay. Maintain a positive relationship with customers and co-workers while adhering to all policies and procedures defined by management.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory credit and criminal background check
- Proficient in basic personal computer operations
- Able to type efficiently
- Able to count large sums of money by hand
