Teller

The Teller role involves performing banking transactions for Bank customers, handling customer complaints to resolution, and entering data for reporting and loan input. Responsibilities include maintaining currency and coin accuracy, upholding confidentiality and security of cash, building positive customer and peer relationships, knowing customer identities to reduce fraud, cross-selling products and services, and potentially supporting Drive-Thru Teller operations across multiple lanes to ensure efficient service. The position requires proficiency with basic computer operations, accurate money counting, strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization, problem solving, and a sense of urgency in a banking environment.
