Job Summary
Execute account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, while maintaining accurate cash records and balancing drawers daily. Operate nine desktop applications for customer service, compliance, and relationship management. Make outbound calls to maintain contact with existing and new customers, proactively probing for financial needs to recommend banking products. Ensure all procedures adhere to federal and state laws, including Bank Secrecy Act and GLBA requirements, while providing prompt, friendly service to branch visitors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months to 2 years of banking experience
- Effective selling and cross-selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to utilize personal computers and Windows based programs
- Able to successfully complete Bank's product and sales training courses
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
