Job Summary
Provide exceptional member service and perform various financial transactions as a Teller II. Responsibilities include processing member requests, assisting with e-banking and stop payments, handling debit card disputes, maintaining knowledge of PSCU products, and collaborating with Relationship Specialists. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution or customer service, and be able to work independently while adhering to service standards.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial institution or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform job responsibilities independently
- Intermediate-level Office 365 Skills
