Job Summary
Listen to members' needs to identify, assess, and educate on solutions for deposit accounts, loans, and credit cards. Process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently. Respond to inquiries regarding account operations, service access, discrepancies, and balancing, while assisting members with effective usage of service offerings. Follow all cash, dual control, and daily work documentation procedures to balance work and cash drawers. This role is based in Silvis, Illinois, with occasional regional travel to assist other branch locations.
