Job Summary
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking services, providing exceptional assistance to foster strong relationships. Adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures to safeguard both bank and customer assets. Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing while introducing new or enhanced UCB products and services. This full-time, non-remote position requires a candidate with 1+ years of experience in cash handling and a successful criminal background and credit check.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a cash handling/customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
- This is a full-time, non-remote position
