Job Summary
Provide member service functions involving receiving and/or disbursing funds (deposits, withdrawals, money orders) and handle drive-thru/teller platform duties. Sells/cross-sells services to meet goals; processes deposits/withdrawals/transfers, loan payments, and related service charges. Research outages to maintain an 80% balancing ratio; complete forms for Western Unions, bank wires, CTRs and SARs, and relay to appropriate departments. Process Shared Branching transactions per Credit Union Service Center protocol. Maintain security procedures for branch opening/closing, dual control, keys, combos, and cash drawer limits; assist with dual control as needed. Provide money orders, teller checks, credit cards, cash advances and payments; process loan advances; open/close terminals and accounts, and handle cash received/disbursed. Other duties as assigned.
