Job Summary
Welcome customers and provide accurate, timely services while handling routine financial transactions such as cashing checks, accepting deposits, and processing loan payments. Issue cashier checks, money orders, and currency orders, and answer questions regarding checking, savings, and other bank-related services. Maintain customer confidentiality and balance transaction records to ensure accuracy. This role requires strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs of coined money, and the capacity to work varied hours and days as needed.

- Welcome customers and provide accurate and timely services
- Balancing and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Process monetary transactions for customers, which can include cashing checks, accepting deposits, handling loan payments. Issuing of cashier checks, money orders, currency orders, and selling license stickers
- Answer questions regarding checking, savings, and other bank related services
- Must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to work varied hours/days as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs of coined money

- Cash handling and effective customer service experience, preferred
