Job Summary
Welcome customers and provide accurate, timely services while handling routine financial transactions to meet their banking needs. Process monetary transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits, handling loan payments, and issuing cashier checks, money orders, and currency orders. Maintain customer confidentiality and balance transaction records. Answer questions regarding checking, savings, and other bank-related services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills who can lift up to 50 lbs of coined money and work varied hours or days as needed.

- Welcome customers and provide accurate and timely services
- Balancing and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Process monetary transactions for customers, which can include cashing checks, accepting deposits, handling loan payments. Issuing of cashier checks, money orders, currency orders, and selling license stickers
- Answer questions regarding checking, savings, and other bank related services
- Must be accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to work varied hours/days as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs of coined money
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and effective customer service experience, preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
