Process member transactions and requests accurately, balance cash drawers, and ensure compliance with cash-handling policies; identify cross-selling opportunities and refer members to Personal Financial Representatives; meet sales and service goals while delivering exceptional member service; maintain knowledge of products/services and adhere to BSA/AML controls; may back up Personal Financial Assistant and assist with branch operations such as balancing, checks scanning, and night depository processing; demonstrate strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and teamwork in a financial-institution environment.
