Job Summary
Process financial transactions accurately and refer customers to appropriate banking services while maintaining exemplary customer service standards. Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and document any discrepancies immediately. Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, security procedures, and BSA/AML regulations by maintaining confidentiality of account information and completing required training. Maintain punctual attendance and reliable performance in a customer-facing role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 6 months of related experience or training
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems
- Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Total Hours: 20 - 25
