Job Summary
Process financial transactions accurately and refer customers to appropriate banking services while maintaining exemplary customer service. Balance daily transactions, verify cash totals, and document any discrepancies promptly. Ensure full compliance with bank policies, security procedures, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML training. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and security codes. Work Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM with rotating Saturday shifts, totaling 15 to 20 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 6 months of related experience or training
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems
- Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing
- Monday - Friday; 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM
- Rotating Saturday; 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM
- Total Hours: 15 - 20
