Job Summary
Provide courteous customer service in a banking center while processing a variety of financial transactions with accuracy, balancing cash daily, and maintaining security of cash and account information. Demonstrate knowledge of banking products and services, refer appropriate Great Southern Bank solutions, use CRM systems, meet referral and balancing expectations, and comply with banking regulations and internal policies. Requires basic data entry and computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and the ability to follow policies, maintain regular attendance, and communicate effectively with customers and team members. Part-time schedule supports 20–25 hours per week with evening/weekend hours as outlined.
