Process financial transactions accurately and timely while maintaining security of assigned cash by balancing daily totals and verifying cash amounts. Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner, referring customers to appropriate services and products while consistently using the CRM program. Locate and document any cash differences, ensuring full compliance with bank policies, banking regulations, and BSA/AML rules. Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and security codes, attending annual security training. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
