Job Summary
Provide customer service functions, process financial transactions, and maintain security of assigned cash by balancing daily transactions and verifying totals. Refer customers to appropriate services and products while utilizing the CRM program to meet referral expectations. Ensure full compliance with bank policies, banking regulations, and security procedures through accurate data entry and adherence to BSA/AML rules. Maintain confidentiality of customer account information and attend required annual training. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 0 to 6 months of related experience or training
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Regular use of desktop/laptop computer, basic operating systems, and specialized software systems
- Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
- Reads, writes, and communicates in a clear and efficient manner via various types of correspondence, such as, in person, phone, email, letters, etc
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable banking rules, regulations, and laws (including BSA/AML)
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Total Hours: 20 - 25
Desired Qualifications
- Prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred
