Job Summary
Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining and balancing the teller cash drawer. Handle all phases of teller transactions including checking, savings, payment, cash advance, certified check, and bond redemption. Complete retail and commercial transactions according to established procedures, prepare them for electronic processing, and follow security measures and cash management policies. Safeguard bank assets by seeking guidance for higher risk transactions, actively engage in learning requirements, and comply with Federal and State banking laws. Promote the Bank's products and services, answer basic customer inquiries, and build productive relationships with co-workers.
