Job Summary
Greet customers courteously, manage daily banking transactions including deposits, check cashing, and loan payments, and maintain the cash drawer by scanning work into the remote capture system. Cross-sell bank products and services, research and resolve customer issues regarding checking, savings, and online banking, and adhere to fraud prevention, BSA, and audit standards. Balance and maintain ATMs, assist with coin counters, perform vault duties, and issue debit cards as needed. Complete required compliance training and support other departments in fulfilling customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interpersonal skills necessary to establish a courteous and friendly relationship with customers and the ability to interact effectively with work group
- Basic math skills to maintain and balance a cash drawer with accuracy
- Basic P.C skills necessary to operate a computer display station required in daily duties
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and exercise good judgement in decision making
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to work at all market locations as needed
- Must be available to work on Saturday
