Teller I. Floater

Process all member transactions accurately and promptly, including withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, loan payments, cashier's checks, money orders, and inquiries. Provide excellent member service from start to finish while assisting with general account questions and proactively guiding members toward self-service tools. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to adhere to all applicable policies, laws, and regulations, completing assigned compliance training within required time frames. Identify when to refer members to appropriate team members for additional services. This role covers branches in Pawtucket, Smithfield, Johnston, Cranston, and North Attleboro, MA, for Coastal1 Credit Union, a member-focused organization serving over 130,000 members since 1928.
