Teller I

Accept deposits, verify cash, cash checks, and process withdrawals, loan payments, fund transfers, and stop payment orders. Balance and service ATMs, manage coin machines, order cash and currency, and redeem savings bonds. Complete Currency Transaction Reports, balance the drawer daily, and process customer check orders. Answer customer questions, resolve problems, and promote bank products while following teller policies. May handle bank opening and closing. Perform duties in a high-stress environment requiring sustained visual concentration and the ability to lift heavy bags of coins.
