Job Summary
Process account deposits, withdrawals, and payments while engaging members to explore relevant financial solutions using the PEAK'T Service Model. Maintain operational excellence through daily cash balancing, opening and closing tasks, and periodic cash control audits. Uphold integrity and adhere to federal regulations including the Bank Secretcy Act to protect members and the credit union from fraud. Work part-time 20-25 hours per week Monday through Saturday at the Boulder Diagonal Branch.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months experience successfully managing customer service interactions in a fast-paced environment
- Equivalent to a high school diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Personal smartphone
- Ability to exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally
- Ability to exert up to 25 lbs of force infrequently
