Job Summary
Assist members, guest members, and potential members with account inquiries, cash and non-cash transactions, and account maintenance while actively listening to member needs. Resolve member inquiries by adhering to company policies, researching alternative solutions, and following escalation processes to direct members to appropriate team members. Balance cash, checks, and conduct daily transactions with minimal errors while maintaining knowledge of all credit union products, services, and promotions. Contribute to efficient operations by performing other job-related duties as assigned. This position operates Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., with occasional adjusted schedules, overtime, and evening or weekend hours required.
Required Qualifications
- One month to twelve months of similar or related experience
- A high school education or GED
- Ability to sit and/or remain in a stationary position
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, operate, input or feel
- Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction
- Ability to talk, communicate, converse, exchange information and hear
- Ability to balance, kneel, walk and stand
- Ability to frequently use a computer and/or phone
- Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
- Ability to exert up to 10 to 25 pounds of force occasionally
- Close vision
