Job Summary
Teller I C performs routine teller duties under close supervision, including deposits, check cashing, loan payments, balancing cash drawer, processing wires, and ATM servicing. Responsibilities include providing courteous customer service, promoting bank products, processing transactions with BSA compliance, handling vault and night depository tasks, and assisting with branch operations and security procedures. Requires strong cash-handling accuracy, basic math, PC skills, and ability to cross-sell services; high school diploma or GED and at least one year of cash-handling/customer-service experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum one year of work-related customer service experience with extensive cash handling
- knowledge of branch operation activities, terminology and products and services is a plus
- basic math and computer skills
