Job Summary
Conduct debits and credits to customer accounts, verify endorsements and identification, and identify counterfeit currency. Answer inquiries regarding interest rates and service charges, admit customers to safe deposit boxes, and accept loan payments while issuing receipts. Maintain logs for cashier's checks, cash, money orders, and CTRs, and cross-sell bank products and services. Complete required training, comply with BSA/AML policies, and report suspicious activity to the BSA officer. Work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday mornings, adhering to branch hours. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required unless enrolled in high school
- Reliable transportation required
- Desire to learn new technologies as well as influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
- Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and accuracy required
- Must demonstrate ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality required
- Customer service: Minimum 1 year Required (e.g. Retail, Sales, Financial Services)
- Minimum 1 year office setting experience required
