Job Summary
Teller I handles deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments, educates customers on TD's products, and refers to partners for solutions. Responsible for processing cash transactions with high accuracy, balancing cash drawer, responding to customer inquiries, guiding customers to self-service/digital options, and ensuring compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act. Demonstrates lobby leadership, conducts needs-based conversations, and makes sound problem-resolutions while safeguarding confidential information. The role requires fast-paced, detail-oriented customer service in a TD Store environment with a high emphasis on delivering a Legendary Customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work during operating hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled
