Teller

Teller role in HOPE’s Retail Operations network focused on processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments with an accurately balanced cash drawer, while delivering excellent member service and cross-selling HOPE products. Responsibilities include adhering to cash handling and balancing procedures, maintaining confidentiality, supporting sales goals, and complying with policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements. Strong attention to detail, customer focus, integrity, teamwork, and bilingual English/Spanish communication are valued. The position is based in West Memphis, AR within HOPE’s branch network and entails on-site work with regular branch travel within the market.
