Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances while balancing daily transactions and verifying cash totals. Open and close accounts, handle bookkeeping, and resolve complex member transactions independently or by referral. Cross-sell credit union products and digital services like online banking and mobile deposit to meet sales baselines. Assist members via phone, mail, and self-serve channels, maintain member privacy, and adhere to safety and audit procedures. Work Mon–Sat flexible shifts at the Kayville branch.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to assist others
- Ability to successfully recognize and offer sales opportunities
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Solid math skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to operate related computer software, and other business equipment including 10-key, currency and coin counters, cash machines, self-assist machines, video, iPad and telephone
- Mon – Sat Flex schedule availability

- Previous retail sales or other similar financial institution work experience
