Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers while ensuring accurate balancing procedures and addressing member inquiries promptly. Cross-sell products and services tailored to members' financial needs to support their well-being. Maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am to 2 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3 pm, approximately 29 hours per week with flexibility. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Up to one year of sales experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Self-motivation to effectively communicate the benefits of products and services
