Job Summary
Greet customers with a smile, assess needs professionally, and process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier checks while maintaining information security. Accurately handle DDA and savings account transactions, cash balancing, gift card sales, and savings bond redemptions. Promote bank services, cross-sell products, and actively participate in the High Performance Growth program. Follow BSA and OFAC policies, review robbery recovery procedures, and perform opening and closing duties. Complete assigned online training courses and achieve passing scores. Adhere to the service pledge in all encounters, including smiling, eye contact, and ending with "Thank you." Maintain regular, predictable attendance for full-time, eight-hour daily shifts Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Full Time Schedule- 8 hours daily Monday-Friday
- Ability to understand customer need, repeat back to customer's what they have heard and present solutions
- Ability to address customer concerns in a positive and proactive manner
- Must be detail oriented
- Able to perform repetitive work with consistency and accuracy
