Job Summary
Assist clients with teller transactions accurately while following bank policy and procedure. Accountable for referring banking products and services to enhance customer experiences and meet financial goals. Manage risk by maintaining compliance with regulations, operational security, and settlement procedures. Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems. Actively promote banking solutions to achieve customer financial goals. Available to be scheduled around branch operation hours, excluding Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 to 12 months customer service experience
- Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for a work visa by Fulton Bank currently or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)
