Job Summary
Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and checks while operating the online teller terminal and verifying document endorsements. Balance cash daily, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate reports and records. Cross-sell bank products to strengthen client relationships and ensure compliance with all procedures. Perform night drop functions, clerical duties, and assist area personnel as assigned. Maintain a professional appearance and attend training classes held on weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays.

- Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment including adding machine, typewriter, copy machine, coin and money counting machines, and telephone
- Ability to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information
- Using primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects or pinching fingers together
- Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products, or operate machinery
- Sedentary work; sitting most of the time
- Exerts up to 10 to 25 lbs. of force occasionally
- No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables
- Ability to perform basic math skills, use decimals to compute ratios, percentages, and to draw and interpret graphs
- Ability to use passive vocabulary of 5,000-6,000 words
- Read at a slow rate
- Define unfamiliar words in dictionaries for meaning, spelling, and pronunciation
- Ability to write complex sentences, using proper punctuation, and using adjectives and adverbs
- Ability to communicate in complex sentences, using normal word order with present and past tenses and good vocabulary
- 40 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of Bank operations preferred
