Teller (Full Time)

Teller duties include accurately processing paying and receiving transactions and providing courteous, timely service to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities cover executing banking transactions per policies and regulatory requirements, balancing cash drawers, ATM/cash recycler/vault duties, processing night depository bags, and safeguarding cash. In Sales, work with branch leadership to meet/exceed goals, build trusting client relationships, refer products/services, support marketing campaigns, and educate clients on self-service options (digital banking, mobile transfers, wallets). Maintain compliance with bank policies, resolve customer inquiries, promote best-in-class customer experience, and contribute to community involvement. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and cash handling/retail experience; hybrid work model available for eligible roles; authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship is required.
