Job Summary
Operate a cash drawer, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing while maintaining compliance with bank policies and federal regulations. Manage cross-sell opportunities by referring clients to appropriate team members using the 360 View system and promote self-service options. Communicate professionally with customers and peers to foster positive relationships, prioritize tasks under pressure, and ensure accurate data entry. Work onsite Monday through Friday with some Saturdays, rotating for community activities or evening hours as needed.
