Job Summary
Deliver exceptional client interactions and engage with customers through in-person and outbound calls. Handle transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money orders, loan payments), respond to servicing requests, educate clients on digital solutions (mobile, online, and ATM banking), and refer clients to internal partners when needs are identified. Support financial center operations including vault management, balancing, and adherence to risk, compliance, and security standards. Actively manage the lobby and assist with research and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience required
- Previous sales and referral experience strongly preferred
