Teller Full Time (40 hours)

Deliver exceptional client interactions emphasizing accuracy, speed, problem resolution, and personalized engagement by handling transactional needs like deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. Respond to servicing requests, educate clients on digital solutions, and refer them to internal business partners. Build and grow relationships through in-person and outbound phone interactions while supporting financial center operations including vault management, cash drawer setup, and balancing. Actively manage the lobby by greeting and directing client traffic, and assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and hold placement. Maintain superior balancing standards and uphold all risk management, compliance, and security standards. Work Financial Center hours including weekends and evenings, with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
